These are the cheap crap imitation garbage from China that somehow get let into this country and bypass our so called Australian Safety & Standards testing..  Ebay has alot to blame for this, but also this countries BS free trade agreements and China peddling any piece of Junk it can copy and sell cheap.
The buck stops with customs & the government, this stuff can't be smuggled across borders easily we live on an island, it comes across in shipping containers and gets in far too easily...
This is what would happen if PSY allowed China to fabricate it's products, less quality and then copyright breaches with cloning, which gives the rest of the quality products made elsewhere or under compliance suffer and get a bad name... They wouldn't test the cloned items anywhere near as much for safety...
The batteries & chargers are what cause these to explode, imagine if it happened in a mobile phone in your pocket ???   Mass lawsuits...
But Yes !!  a bad batch of components from PSY could be a major stumbling block, but hay Apple and Samsung bring out some garbage aswell and so does Microsoft. You can only test so much in a lab, the retail
environment will show up any flaws pretty quickly which then brings out recalls or fixes and thats just life...
