The table I posted gives EXACT dollars and amount of shares issued..No need to guess.
If you look at current shares issued + CR options + unexpired options you can simply work out worst case dilution to the cent..If you then combine that with your perceived intrinsic value of BGS Ntiola Lode (if you are long on BGS) you can get your own approximate MC and SP to suit with different registered share volumes.
