The market is reacting to this new bully tax. Rudd has caused this by cutting down the tallest poppy he could find and fiorgetting the repercussion it would have on every sector the chages would effect.
He just been silly and needs counseling for the angst he feels from his schoolyard bully days. Now he's at the top, he calls the shots and he is enjoying it, regardless of its effects on every single Australian.
I am of the opinion that he was never too confident about it to begin with as he was only advised to create the tax. Now, due to claiming he is the most diligent being on earth, he can't back down or it will expose him for being lost. So he is hangin onto what he learned from the bullies who used to give him such a totalitarian time at school. Its that simple and he needs to be floored for it, like all bullies do.
