I think your questions got the responses they deserved. You're wasting people's time.

1. Why do you care to know this? Who cares.
2. This was announced in the quarterly. It may not have been approved but they have indicated approval is expected early November and the drilling timeline has not changed. I'm sure if there were any expected delays, then these would be announced to the market. It is not your job to do the day to day planning for the company.
3. Again, who cares, the financials are audited. Asking this question indicates that you suspect something is not right with the financials, which is a little sneaky in my opinion.

I'd rather not comment too much on KQ being the best in the business because I do not know him. The board must have a good reason for not wanting him to join them, I do not care to speculate. I would say again, that we need legal expertise on the board, so KQ's skill set doesn't really fit.
