SUV - RCP - BGL... could list a whole heap of others that have gone from recapped shell to a good performance.
Hard to say all companies in this situation do this, you do realize that people recapitalize shells that go into admin because it's cheaper-quicker than doing an IPO?
Can't say weather this will go to 10c or not but shells are worth $10m alone these days so with this having an EV below $10m it's actually pretty good value.
