    Did you go to the AGM?

    GT told at least 2 people that I know well and have followed the company for a long time that HNC expressed a desire to t/o back in March.

    There are a number of ways they could move with a take over including via another ASX listed company that Oly has referred to.

    CMR has already looked to spinning its exploration assets out into a sub company Raptor - no reason a T/O could not be based on an arrangement when CMR was required to spin the assets not subject to the current joint venture into Raptor and that would include the uranium assets because they are not subject to the jv agreement.

    Once HNC proceed witht the sulphides which will produce uranium as a by product - the by product belongs to raptor - raptor would then presumably pay HNC a fee for production and sell the uranium that still belongs to it. But the chinese keep all the sulphides and oxides


    I reckon there would be any number of ways to arrange it and meet any foriegn ownership concerns
