Of course there are no reports. The "materiality" of commissioning problems is hard to pin down. Eg; if you are having difficulties and can't get the whole circuit to work, do you give it 3 months, 6 months? 12? Till you are about to go bankrupt? Do you issue more shares to keep the whole circus going for another 3 months while you "resolve issues"?
The company I'm working for, and I won't say which, is also commissioning a unique hydrometallurgical mine. its an unparalleled disaster. But weasel words and semantics allow management to put a nice spin on the biggest of disasters, and the investors, ignorant of the disasters unfolding, are still keen on the upside of a four-product mine making x tonnes of product A, y tonnes of product B, etc...
Just be careful and be careful of Oly's constant cryptic upramping.
