typically, studies by leading agencies offer a range of scenarios, depending on the key inputs used.

but the best guess projections are very often close to or less severe than what eventuated.

we know this because the scientists involved not only forecast but hindcast as well, constantly improving the accuracy of their modelling.

but that doesn’t fit your narrative - your mangle of cliches.

you’re under the misapprehension your misinformed opinion is of greater value than the accrued knowledge of climate scientists.
