Wouldn't have to be a different version.
As I understand it, and please anyone else correct me if I'm wrong, but PAR own no patent on the drug, their only protection is an exclusive supply agreement with the manufacturer? So if this is the case and it turns out to be the bonanza it promises to be, what's to stop another drug lab making the same drug somewhere else and not have to go through the whole FDA process?
