You would think they could have done it via a better way ... but i am sure they obtained advice on the best & fastest way to proceed.

I am not too worried as these are not trading stock for me .... short-term pain but long term gain, as the liquidity of the stock improves.

Come July 4, GUJ will be trading around the 50 cents mark.

just put in your bottom drawer till then
