Recell kits don't make a skin analogue, it's a spray consisting of the patient's skin cells. It works for the epidermal layer only, and it's praised due to its low cost, simplicity, and effectiveness with minimal if any adverse reactions. Burns are complicated injuries, so any treatment that could treat the dermal and epidermal layer would be welcome, but it would probably cost a pretty penny. It may be future competition for the serious third/fourth degree burns.
