That's quite a drop, beyond just less than expected take up. The optimist would hope for a rundown as abro085 mentioned. It's probably tricky to get doctors interested when your new device is expected in a couple of months. If so they need to own that narrative otherwise I'd be lead to think they're going backwards in the market.
