Shouldn't have taken a rocket scientist to figure out that a VAC process involving 4-5 disciplines would be more difficult than one involving only trauma surgeons. Yet JC committed large sums on sales without seeming to give that much thought.
Still believe the intial VAC should have been for burns and trauma only. Get it into the hospital first, then worry about other disciplines.
