Sorry, but anyone who believes anything this guy says needs to have their head examined. But I'm quite sure you already figured that out.
I don't give PermeaDerm any weight at this point. It may work out, but it's owned by Chinese private equity money with no public sales numbers. So who knows.
Commissions on revenue were being spread among 30 sales people. Now the fundamentally same revenue is being spread among 100+ sales people. Top sales people are all about commissions. The math isn't difficult. And having seen JC up close and personal they probably trust him less than I do. Morale has to be really bad. People look for a door.
JC needs to be fired along with the COB who got sweet talked into this mess. When they let MP go there were at least two other top executives with the experience to serve as interim CEO. That person doesn't exist at Avita now.
What a mess.
