Thanks for your thoughts. I feel the same way at the moment. However, I don't think now is the time for them to lay off sales staff. It would be too disruptive at such a crucial time. I think they all need to work together to:

1. Ensure RECELL GO approval on 30 May and launch on 31 May (I still think sufficient work has been done here);
2. Educate and train the sales force in all things RECELL/GO, PermeaDerm, and reimbursement for both products (surely, this has happened / is happening);
3. Ensure they ramp up FY24 revenue to around $68M (at this stage, I don't care if revenue doesn't grow at 50% YoY to reach profitability in Q325);
4. Continue to focus on VAC approvals and train surgeons (73 new accounts in 3 quarters actually exceeded my expectations ~ for burns, it took 5-6 quarters albeit with less staff).

You're probably at least 4 steps ahead of me, but if they don't look like they'll succeed on steps 1-4 then hopefully we have a responsible board member that can find a buyer.

BTW, I liked your pony saying (another one I hadn't heard and had to search). It put a smile on my face during these crappy times.
