They have been aware of the VAC issue since at least the end of Q3 2023, and their sales team is in constant contact with accounts so if using current stored units instead of reordering was an issue they would have known about it. They should also be tracking sales on a weekly basis, if not daily. So the revenue number should have been foreseeable.
Seems the Chief Commercial Officer and the Chief Operating Officer aren't doing their jobs. And the CEO isn't doing a good job overseeing them.
Oh that's right, all three have the same name, James Corbett.
This is why companies have more than 2 executive officers, to give focus to the areas that need focus.
It also helps to have more than one opinion in the room when making major business decisions.
