Perhaps they could/have had a swap of stock when GO is approved. Swap that iPhone 14 to iPhone 15 for no charge. A change in accounting for how revenue is recorded from when item is purchased to used would drop revenue. Doubt this happened without notice.
People are much too critical of guidance and JC. No one knows how it would play out, like expecting a correct weather report for three weeks too many variables. Calls for them to hire someone to navigate the VAC process is nonsense. How many products get multiple department use and go through VAC processes, let alone enough to build up a skill in it. Anyone or business saying they have this skill is BS.
