we will need to keep a watch out for this but at least we dont have to worry about getting diluted at this low SP, We need to find a balance, its either give away part of your asset or look to shareholders for financing, I would not want 4.5 mill to come from issuing shares at 4c. It would also be good to have the backing of a more experienced company
