The potential for chaos is simply enormous. And it's already starting to unravel. The local population are already upset.
The only deal which will work is one we do with Indonesia.
We fly back to Indonesia, every boat arrival who comes here without papers. In return, we take one from their camps.
People smugglers shut down by lunchtime.
