ML173, I totally agree with you, Putin doesn't want an extended low oil price. Russia's economy is built around a much stronger POO. Turmoil benefits unfortunately and creates a stronger POO.
I see a stronger oil price with the political tensions in Syria. No CR and shorters having to cover.
