I didn't read it all, my attention span is shot to shit, but if this were true would it bust the keto theory?
Intermittent fasting is a corner stone of keto, if one is true the other should be. I've been doing IF pretty much since I retired. With keto light and IF I lost some weight but with my son cooking now he serves more bread and pastas that I should eat but the ticker is still OK.
I'll keep an open mind on it though.
BTW Ketones are better for the brain than glucose. Today I finally put Mrs H into care, 10 years after diagnosis of Az, this is an unusually long time and I put this down, in part, to IF and keto. Who knows!
