I've been with Sanford (www.sanford.com.au) for more than five years, and I have had very little to complain about.
They sometimes get a little slow placing orders on very busy opening sessions( say a minute or two), but i really suspect this is more to do with the ASX system rather than sanford.
dont even bother with etrade between 10 and 11, page-5
