At IMU investor presentation some months ago I posed question to Dowling re capital raising as only had enough cash to last early 2005. he said that it was not on the table yet but would be. Perhaps this is the time. Perhaps someone is to take a placement like Woodside into Hardman. Anyway my bet is capital raising somewhere between .20 and .25.
