The track record with these guys is usually half the output, and double to time. Maybe we need to do both with this.
I know that the mine workers are on a promise if they hit the target this quarter. They get an ounce of the product each.
Might make a difference.
I really do wish they do monthly reporting for output, I've sent e-mails about it to them, they just go on about production being too inconsistent.
It will take a long time to get through 16 cents I believe.
