Some have done very well in the past 5 years. Scooped up a 30 bagger and 4 x 10 baggers.

Just because the all ords has been down doesnt mean there hasnt been any decent plays amongnst the carnage.

He may be right about property but there will always be movers and shakers on ye olde ASX.
