Hence if through any mean one buys and sells to herself/himself they have committed crime.
Other than the Russian criminal hackers, who awhile ago were found to manipulate the market through multiple Australian CommSec and Etrade accounts. The accounts which were hacked accounts of unsuspecing Australian account holders. ASIC had noticed the anomalies and had done what was required etc.
