if i were dndn, i'd buy a 5-8% stake between, 15-25c so that if prr is successful, they will already have a premium on their purchase price and a barganing tool for other takeover scenarios. Also by them buying 5-8% would definately push up the price way above their initial stake providing them with a very nice capital increase.
DNDN could also provide excellent expertise for prr management taking them to the US.
Prr's possibilities are endless and if trials are successful, then dndn will have to pay much more imo.
