The risk is there for any investor, however if DNDN take an early stake they have the extra advantage of:
> immediately influencing current sp (virtually assuring their investment increases)
> being in a better position if/when they want to increase their pipeline
Beyond this possibility, it is very reassuring PRR is being steered by a top-notch mgmt team and has the support of many enthusiastic shareholders.
