you comparing a monopoly with reliable cash cow to a weak bank with higher cost of capital compared to the big 4
people can move out of BOQ to any other banks and they lose business and earning
people can buy lottery any where from online, to kios to newsagency and the money flow to TAH, it is a monopoly doesn't matter
where you get your ticket from TAH clipped a % of the money.
