Dear omgwen3rds, If you approve the sale of Forge based on nothing more than a disgruntled protest vote based on Forum posts not to your liking rather than fundamentals then I pity you.

I'm voting No as I believe that ethically that any Management should treat the shareholders as their boss and do whats in their best interests. If they are unsure of the value of their decisions, then ethically they should do more work to uncover this. What they shouldn't do is blindly push an agenda through, that has a clear beneficiary in Nick Curtis via Forge performance options.

Shareholders who read the forums should not look at negativity, but instead look at the passion with which their investment is being policed by the owners (shareholders) of Lynas. This ensures the value of Lynas is maintained and the SP has more room to move upward.

I have recommended this stock to friends and family, and I certainly didn't do that under the knowledge that some of it would be sold cheaply to executive's related interests.
