Hi Mac ... There's some truth in what you say, for sure.

But as you would know, ASIC now seem to be very interested indeed in the murky affairs of Nkwe / Zijin ... and things are escalating behind the scenes in a way that should have many board members and managers ( past and present ) wishing they had not been so arrogant in their attitude and actions towards minority shareholders.

As our leader says, the ASX doesn't have a lot of power to prosecute offending companies and persons, but ASIC does ,,, and once they make up their minds to go after them, their success rate is extremely high.

It's been a very long and frustrating time, waiting for this company to be brought into line and for justice to be done to minorities ... but the ball is well and truly rolling now, and gathering pace as we speak.

Tick, tick, tick ... ( "Boom" is not far away )
