If all this dumping was going on without the crosstrade then this stock would be in serious trouble.
However, the cross trade is 100% reassurance (not 99%) that this is simply orchestrated for the benefit of a lucky one or few.
Many stocks get sold down before a large x-trade because logically the beneficiary has enough money and influence to carve out a better deal for himself.
The x-trade is usually a very strong buy signal and in this case will prove no different.
There is no bad news coming and anyone with insight and a little courage will be loading up at these prices as I have.
