Agree with you Dunno777, Warnie is spot on re the sp. I dont know whether any shortfall in the placement of the 20000 shares per shareholder is allowed to be offered by special placement. If they are and the number is quite large, then using the late Ken Howards race calling words, it will be "London to a brick on" that a key shareholder will snap them up. Like Warnie says its about volume and also the fact that the loot goes to the company making it even more financially secure which in turn will cause a boost to the sp.
