So you want the company not to be able to reject a proportional takeover.....ie.one where an acquirer buys a stake then uses that to get to a majority without paying a premium for control? You might want to brush up on company law and on the myriad of ways to gain control without having to pay for it.
I'll be voting with the company on this one ...
