Just to help, I'm copying your message in this "voting" thread.

Waiks / or Anyone who has not voted yet. (deadline for voting: 3pm, Tuesday 21 Nov 2023).

Please do not despair. To vote you will need your HIN or SRN, and the post code (in Australia) of the postal address the
WBT shares are registered to.

Most of us have a HIN (if Chess sponsored by your stockbroker) that is unique to you and is applicable
for all your listed shares (eg WBT, CBA, BHP etc..) held with your stockbroker (eg CommSec Securities).
To vote online, you must know your Holder Identification Number (HIN) which starts with an "X" followed by two zeros ("00")
and 8 other digits unique to your holding. For those Issuer Sponsored, your SRN (Shareholder Reference Number) starts with an "I" (pronounced "eye") followed by other digits.

Once you have your HIN or SRN

Go to: www.investorvote.com.au
Enter the Control number : 182879, click SUBMIT
You will be taken to a new webpage
Enter your details HIN or SRN, and Post Code, then click LOGIN
Then start voting (hopefully, "FOR" to all the 14 resolutions)

The above should help in case of postal and/or processing delays at the share registry.
