    The shares and options have been issued. Your voting against the resolutions would change nothing except deny the company some additional flexibility with placement capacity moving forward. Not that it would probably need it given the $ coming in from options being exercised. Voting against the rem report given recent results, sheesh. Take a look at yourself.
