Really Fingers, please enlighten us how such a buy back of shares would work? You seem to be suggesting that if someone is the holder of a share for which ratification is sought, and this share has been bought and sold a thousand times (your number), it would be bought back and cancelled. This buy back I presume you mean by the company? So somebody is forced to sell and the company has to fork out this money? At what price? Whatever methodology you are dreaming up you are talking nonsense.
