I disagree with the push for a no vote. These resolutions are for share issues early in the year when no one cared about BIT. They kept the cash coming to even get to this position.
And if it is voted down, what happens then? Do people have to give their shares back? It will harm the company’s bottom line and reputation which will hurt the share price.
Be smart people. Vote yes or at least ask someone independent for advice. Too many vested interests on here.
