Thanks Griff I am a relatively new shareholder in EGO so haven't personally been affected by any of the history but I'll definitely look further into those issues if it comes to a vote. A good board will always recognise the importance of their shareholders and treat them with respect. I will not be a long term holder of any company unless the board can demonstrate that they represent the interests of their shareholders at all times.
Transferring assets from one company to another which has common board members is a murky business in my opinion.
