unless they are a front for other Chinese interests... although i doubt it - i think they would plan to take over BRM then palm the assets off to other Chinese interests later for a bigger profit.
The dip shits are probably reducing their own share holding value by rocking the boat so much - hopefully if anything good comes of it they force the BRM board to make a rail deal.
