What's the beef? TLS has gone against the trend the last two days.
They will have access to the NBN the same as everyone else without the spend. Or are you suggesting TLS can only profit where they have a monopoly?
When TLS was first floated WE did not pay anything like replacement price for the network. The act under which the sale was permitted clearly stated that fair and equitable access to the network was to be available to third parties. It is TLS, particularly under Sol, who is trying to change the rules.
This bit amuses me: remember they sold us tls shares in the late 90s and we got hit with the tech wreck Are you laying the blame for that at Rudd's feet too?
