BGA, other LT holders may disagree but for me, the fact that we have a viable comnpany with excellent growth prospects (in two resource categories) could be seen as reward enough.

Surviving through the last two years is testament to an excellent management. Now they are turning their attention to growth, and 2013 will see it in abundance imo.
