I think you should temper your expectations. It's likely there will be another delay. For one you don't know whether the case is going to court or not. It has been two years and a court case has not started. If it does go to court expect a lengthier wait. I have my long term value in the company but I will buy a modest amount to sell prior to the deadline date to minimise the risk.
