It was the bit about "early exploration ground" that sent the chill down the spine. How much have they spent on these properties and will KAL be getting fair value for is big wad of stock its issuing for it. It was also disconcerning that they mentioned Poli's mob doing a due diligence but not KAL. What? Just how "early" is this moose pasture?
This is the potential downside (apart from the consolidation), is that KAL's shareholders are copping a big dilution to take this moose pasture, then its a concern.
