Vig009, simple question - did you have knowledge of this CR before the market ? .... how else could you have had the confidence to come onto the forum on 28th July with this post, whilst the rest of us were taking RHM May announcmemnt at face value, about an agreemement with Hebei which amongst other things stated that no shares (aside from ones to help close the purchase of BV) would be issued before Hebei's fund raising deadline of 31st August ;
