Do you believe that you bought MBP whilst MBP were aware of negative results but had not disclosed them to market as per continuous disclosure obligations?

One is deeply suspicious that MBP have had the negative results in-house for some time. The need for "expert analysis" has to be viewed in light of the number of in-house medico experts who have the skill to analyse the results after unblinding. It would be highly illuminating to have MBP disclose in court every material document that they have re ACV1 trials and investigations during the last few months.

Don't get mad, get even.
