As a shareholder you might want to make a call to ensure the Tsingshan agreement is still current. I'm NOT saying that it isn't, however it did have an expiry of December 2016 and there was nothing from POS at that time to say it had lapsed or had been extended.
I seem to recall POS mentioning it in one of their reports this year but that could have been another one of their copy and paste misdemeanour's, so perhaps worthwhile making a call to check if it's still ongoing and when it expires.
