Don't forget the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) had already been involved and they withdrew their investigation. 18 months in and the SFO, who have unrestricted access to company files as well as the individuals who are subject to that investigation, have found nothing. I suspect that's who SGH's own barrister dismissed that aspect too....but what would I know?

Far too much dd was completed by an army of competent internal and external advisors for anything to have 'suddenly' come to light so far down the road.

Or perhaps it was Robert Fieldning who came over as part of the sale of PSD: did he disclose something that he was also party to? And what happened to hm anyhow?

ATB guys......a horrible situation for private investors on both sides that's for sure.
