Do you honestly think the market cares about the updated SDV plan? There's not enough demand for existing producers let alone plans for more assets like SDV coming online.
Let's be realistic for a moment. What's going to be new in this so-called updated plan? Nothing. The market knows everything it needs to know. If anything, the economics of the project have diminished since the last plan. The only thing that could turn the dial is if they signed offtake partner/s. I've got more chance of winning lottery than that occuring.
