30c is a give away. I would like to see us complete the BFS, prove the technologies and then see what the market thinks it is worth. BHP has stated that THEY WANT 1st dibs on any capital raising, give them $6mill worth of shares, at a slight premium in November (let’s say 15c), to fund the BFS. IF BHP did that the stock would go close to, if not over 20c there and then. Once the BFS is complete 3 things would happen a) BHP would take a EARMS and EARS license for Mozambique (this is what bought BHP to APG’s door in the first place) b) APG could easily get funding, on their own, to build a plant in the Murray Basin near the Crystal and Iluka plants. c) APG could seriously start to mine WIM150.
That is worst case scenario ie IF DRI doesn’t work. You tell me what the share price is now, add a 25% premium to that and that is the sale price for BHP – or anyone else – after the BFS is complete.
I truly think 50c is a fair fairer price for this company and that is what I think we should be looking at NOT 30c.
